Do membership days roll over?

No. Membership days must be used within your billing cycle month.

Can I use my membership for half days?

Memberships are based on full daycare days. If you schedule a half day, it still counts as 1 membership day (unless otherwise stated in writing by Woof N Wag).

Do I have to commit?

Yes, memberships require a 3-month minimum.

Can I pause my membership?

Only for qualifying reasons (see Terms & Conditions), and approval is required.

Are memberships refundable?

No, membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

Are all dogs eligible?

All dogs must be spayed/neutered and must meet our vaccine, temperament, and health requirements.
